Top 6 of the Most Vital Vitamins your Body and Health Needs the Most!

It is important that we are able to nourish ourselves with the vitamins and minerals to ensure that we can keep ourselves always healthy and in top shape. Ideally, we are recommended to have a balance diet meal filled with nutritious foods. But let’s get real and face it, not all of us can say that we have a well-rounded daily food intake, and even if we do, freshness and processing techniques can greatly diminish the amount of vitamins and minerals in any type of food that we eat.

Thus, some of us resorted to taking vitamin and mineral supplements in the form of pills, tablets, soft gels and capsules. It is a good thing and nothing too harmful with that, but since each of our bodies have different needs (such as allergies and chronic illnesses), it is still best to consult with your doctor on what, how often and how much of these vitamin pills to take.

Remember, taking too much vitamins can be just as unhealthy as taking too little.

Here’s the deal: if you have sex before you’d prefer.. because you want to ‘get something’ (a commitment, some attention, someone to wake up next to), then you are directly raising your chances of ending up with a man who is USING YOU for sex.

Because the Universe LISTENS to you and REFLECTS your behaviors right back to you. Part of being a quality woman, and ending up with the kind of quality man that you REALLY want and deserve, is developing a little self-awareness, actually paying some attention to what’s motivating you and what your REAL INTENTIONS are, and bringing them into line with who you are.

Relationship 101: Discussing Why Men Pull Away from Relationships

There are many reasons why relationships never lasts, why it fails and why it never just works out. It’s not just the saying as if it is not meant to be. There are reasons for everything and most of the time, it is because we try to see things only in our point of view – missing out what our partners really feel and think of the relationship and situation. I personally have learned this the hard way but like I always say, knowledge is power and it goes with every aspect of life.

Egyptian Magic, “Healing Miracle Cream” HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream is an all-natural, multi-purpose skin care balm which is made up of 6 natural most powerful ingredients. It has no synthetic preservatives nor any synthetic fragrance added to the product, which is safe to use by everyone – even those who have sensitive skin. The Egyptian Magic are made up of 100% natural ingredients and derived only from living plants and organisms.

Olive Oil: a great hypoallergenic moisturizer that helps penetrate deep in to the skin to keep it soft and supple.

Beeswax: helps create a protective barrier on the skin, retaining moisture.
Honey: offers natural antioxidant and anti-microbial properties to support the skin’s ability to rejuvenate. Also great for absorbing impurities from the skin (especially the pores).

Bee Pollen: absorbs free radicals from the skin and due to its high content of nucleic acids, can penetrate the skin to nourish tissue below the top level.

Royal Jelly: contains specific nutrients, including enzymes, hormones and vitamins that can support skin renewal and collagen production.

Bee Propolis: a nutrient-rich substance that promotes healing and the regeneration of skin tissue.

Egyptian Magic is based on an ancient formula that blends olive oil with several bee products in a secret way to produce a skin cream with a remarkably curative and regenerative effect on skin and hair. The combination of ingredients reputedly originates in Ancient Egypt, where it was found inscribed in hieroglyphics in a pyramid at Giza.

The late and historical Egyptian Queen, Cleopatra actually uses it, too! No wonder her skin and beauty is unmatched for!

It’s very popular among Hollywood celebrities, fashion icons and even known doctors. This product is mostly known as a healing miracle cream as well as it can be used as a remedy for psoriasis, eczema, used as a moisturizer, reduce stretch marks, acts as a cleanser and eye-makeup remover – you may even use it as an after shave cream, hand cream, night cream scar and bruising reduction ointment for your skin or even as a hair conditioning treatment, as Kate Hudson recommends!

See the results in a day of use to less than a week!

This is the only product who offers a money back guarantee – if you are not satisfied with the results and to make things even more awesome… it’s actually available in Manila, Philippines – being sold in Watson Stores preferably in SM The Block and SM Mega Mall as it is not yet available in other Watsons branches.

You can mostly use it for almost anything! You may also use it as a highlighter on your cheekbones, a little around your eyes for a fresh glow, too. It can be used in the hair, dry elbows, hands, feet, etc!

Personally, I use this product during the night (but you can also use it in day time!) I slather the product all over my face to my neck – leaving it overnight. It keeps my skin hydrated and you can immediately see the effects as you wake up the next morning!

“As vouched for by model types like Karolina Kurkova, it gives skin a beautiful sheen.” –Harper’s Bazaar

“My secret weapon is Egyptian Magic, a great balm for the skin… It’s an all-purpose remedy.” –Actress Virgina Madsen

“We use it for everything. Our patients love it.” –Dr. Eleanor DeVinny

“It outsells all other body care products at Whole Foods Market by 10%.” –The New York Times

“Madonna won’t leave home without it.” –Daily Candy

A suggested way to use it is just to take moderate amount of Egyptian Magic and rub in your palms until it takes the form of oil. (It helps the skin absorb effectively.)

Then, apply over your skin gently! (You don’t want to waste the whole product by excessively using it, don’t you?)

The holidays are getting closer and closer as days passes by. It cannot be help as a lot of reunions, party, celebrations would takes its place. You can’t just always skip meals and say “no” to these kinds of events that only happens once in a year. It is also not so wise to always deprive yourselves with the food you eat.. It is okay to eat the foods you want from time to time – obsessive eating is one thing you might need to consider.

We do not want to abuse our body by over-eating too much wouldn’t we?

Unfortunately, everything will be a form of habit. The more celebrations there is – the more we get used to the food that we eat. As you eat more, it becomes a lifestyle and a pattern of what you will be eating in the weeks and months ahead. Unless you are a vegetarian or someone who follows a specific diet program, it would be really hard to cope on the holiday cravings we might encounter.

The Secret to a Happier Life!

Life really has no secret and everything is always being provided for each and everyone of us. It is only human’s perception that limit us from getting the things that we truly want in achieving our dreams and goals in life in which we truly desire most.

Everyone of us are actually lucky yet people just tend to complain, focus on negative thoughts – assuming and expecting worst things before it actually manifest and happen. That is why people do not tend to value what they have right now in this present moment as they tend to value things – only when it is too late, only when it’s gone and without their reach.

Life isn’t supposed to be really sad. It’s full of happiness, joy and laughter. I know, it might sound awkward or weird – I’m not preaching anyone here. I just honestly think that, if we have the chance and decision to make our life really happy, full of joy and miracles.. then why would we even choose to make our life miserable by expecting that life is unfair to begin with?

I guess, it is true that when people grow up – they don’t really “grow-up” – they become fearful of life itself. They think of ways to protect themselves. They become afraid of being honest and opening up what they truly feel as they do not want other people to know and see their weaknesses. People tend to do more thinking than doing.
