So let me ask you.. how do you enjoy a weekend?
A lot of people are so busy with their day to day life that they tend to forget to pause – take time for themselves and just relax and have fun. I tend to focus on one thing myself to the point, I sometimes would stress myself out. I have to admit, that is one of my habits that I would like to change. So tell me, what do you do to relax and de-stress yourself?
As for me… Here are few things I do to de-stress myself during a weekend:
1. I Simply Sleep – Mostly, I tend to get irritated and have a foul mood at times which leads me to those bad vibes moment and conversation with people that suddenly triggers my irritation. When this happens, I just sleep. As soon as I woke up, I feel much better and forget all about it. Sometimes, you just needed to pause and relax – not to get agitated with the smallest things happening in your life.
2. Watch Movies – Watch movies, clips and music videos. Sometimes, to get relaxed I just want to watch random films to make me laugh and relax myself – I feel better this way and it dramatically changes my mood positively. It may seem bumming around but it has an effect with easing up my stress levels. Don’t forget to use a bose soundlink ii at guitar center to maximize the enjoyment of watching films and music.
3. Socialize! – It’s really important to not forget that we have people whom we care about like, family, special someone and friends. From time to time, I love to talk and see them – have fun with them – jam with them or chill with them. That way, I get to stay connected on how they are doing while having fun and laughter in the process, too!
4. Take a Body Massage or Spa – This ought to be my favorite – at least once a week or few times a month, I make sure I visit a massage or spa center – I love getting a body massage especially after a stressful day. It takes off my mind with the random things I think about on a daily basis – plus, it’s also good with my body and health, too!
