I honestly believed that everyone of us do need to spend some quiet time alone and not thinking too much, focusing too much on what’s going to happen, what is happening… things that are pressuring us, worrying and giving us anxiety affecting our mood and well being. We all do need to free ourselves from worries and fears.. and completely just be in the present moment, focusing on “us” alone. Meditation is also a way for us to really manifest our goals, dreams and desires in life. There are times when we make decisions our of haste and meditation can help us really find the answers and decisions we need the most that will benefit us in a long-term basis.
So, join me in this 21 Day Challenge. You may say and tell yourself that you don’t have enough time.. but it takes 21 days to develop a habit. As long as you stick to this program.. you will find meditation being a part of your life. So, let’s all find the inner peace and contentment in life that we all want and deserve.
