How to Heal and Cure Eczema

One of the best way to heal and cure a skin disease is to first figure out what type of skin disease or skin condition you are currently encountering. You can’t just buy products and medications over the counter to treat your skin problems. It may prevent and lessen the itchiness or pain you are going through.. but it won’t necessarily heal and cure it.

Eczema is a kind of skin disease that affects people of all ages. If you have eczema, you might be struggling with redness, swelling, itchiness, drying, crusting, flaking and blistering. Sometimes the feeling would be tolerable but there would be times when it becomes very itchy and bothersome – it can even make you feel very uncomfortable or worst, it could make you lose your confidence as you try to hide away that part of your body which suffers from this type of skin condition. A lot of doctors would prescribe their clients with steroidal cream medications but it always doesn’t do the trick. We have been told there is no exact cure for this skin disease… (Yes, sad… but true.) Read the rest of this entry »

Egyptian Magic, “Healing Miracle Cream” HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream is an all-natural, multi-purpose skin care balm which is made up of 6 natural most powerful ingredients. It has no synthetic preservatives nor any synthetic fragrance added to the product, which is safe to use by everyone – even those who have sensitive skin. The Egyptian Magic are made up of 100% natural ingredients and derived only from living plants and organisms.

Olive Oil: a great hypoallergenic moisturizer that helps penetrate deep in to the skin to keep it soft and supple.

Beeswax: helps create a protective barrier on the skin, retaining moisture.
Honey: offers natural antioxidant and anti-microbial properties to support the skin’s ability to rejuvenate. Also great for absorbing impurities from the skin (especially the pores).

Bee Pollen: absorbs free radicals from the skin and due to its high content of nucleic acids, can penetrate the skin to nourish tissue below the top level.

Royal Jelly: contains specific nutrients, including enzymes, hormones and vitamins that can support skin renewal and collagen production.

Bee Propolis: a nutrient-rich substance that promotes healing and the regeneration of skin tissue.

Egyptian Magic is based on an ancient formula that blends olive oil with several bee products in a secret way to produce a skin cream with a remarkably curative and regenerative effect on skin and hair. The combination of ingredients reputedly originates in Ancient Egypt, where it was found inscribed in hieroglyphics in a pyramid at Giza.

The late and historical Egyptian Queen, Cleopatra actually uses it, too! No wonder her skin and beauty is unmatched for!

It’s very popular among Hollywood celebrities, fashion icons and even known doctors. This product is mostly known as a healing miracle cream as well as it can be used as a remedy for psoriasis, eczema, used as a moisturizer, reduce stretch marks, acts as a cleanser and eye-makeup remover – you may even use it as an after shave cream, hand cream, night cream scar and bruising reduction ointment for your skin or even as a hair conditioning treatment, as Kate Hudson recommends!

See the results in a day of use to less than a week!

This is the only product who offers a money back guarantee – if you are not satisfied with the results and to make things even more awesome… it’s actually available in Manila, Philippines – being sold in Watson Stores preferably in SM The Block and SM Mega Mall as it is not yet available in other Watsons branches.

You can mostly use it for almost anything! You may also use it as a highlighter on your cheekbones, a little around your eyes for a fresh glow, too. It can be used in the hair, dry elbows, hands, feet, etc!

Personally, I use this product during the night (but you can also use it in day time!) I slather the product all over my face to my neck – leaving it overnight. It keeps my skin hydrated and you can immediately see the effects as you wake up the next morning!

“As vouched for by model types like Karolina Kurkova, it gives skin a beautiful sheen.” –Harper’s Bazaar

“My secret weapon is Egyptian Magic, a great balm for the skin… It’s an all-purpose remedy.” –Actress Virgina Madsen

“We use it for everything. Our patients love it.” –Dr. Eleanor DeVinny

“It outsells all other body care products at Whole Foods Market by 10%.” –The New York Times

“Madonna won’t leave home without it.” –Daily Candy

A suggested way to use it is just to take moderate amount of Egyptian Magic and rub in your palms until it takes the form of oil. (It helps the skin absorb effectively.)

Then, apply over your skin gently! (You don’t want to waste the whole product by excessively using it, don’t you?)

Laser Hair Removal – at Home?

This is a guest post from Carlo of Tria Beauty, one of the UK’s leading providers of professional, light-based skincare solutions for use at home.

For centuries permanent hair removal has relied on a range of techniques, some of them more painful than others. Even the less painful have involved the application of soothing creams and lotions to ease soreness and repair damaged skin. Today, thanks to the development of laser technology, permanent removal of unwanted hair is a real possibility for women. Laser technology is no longer in its infancy and it has a wide range of uses from the medical to cosmetic surgery alongside many others. Laser treatment is, however, relatively expensive. Despite the expense it does offer a long term, in most cases permanent, solution.

Product Review: Purifying Dead Sea Mud Mask

Yes and I have been busy due to personal reasons and because.. well, it’s summer. We all have our own times. I just still want to update my site and blog about this new found product I got from Watsons.

It’s quite a cheap product compared to other facial masks. If I remember it right, you can purchase one sachet of the Purifying Dead Sea Mud Mask for around P83.00 – I can’t be too exact but it shouldn’t exceed P100.00. However, even though it’s a cheap buy, I would say not to ignore this product – it has quality and I think people shouldn’t just ignore the goodness this product has to offer. Plus, one sachet of this facial mask can be used for around 2-3 times, it will ofcourse depends how much application you put on to your face and neck. (I don’t know for some but it I didn’t really used a lot on my first try.)

First Rain in May has Healing Properties!

Yesterday in the Philippines, we all experience the first rain in May. I heard about the rain forecast since early morning and everyone has been telling their own opinion about it but I never really cared. I just told myself, “What’s the big deal? Nothing is so alarming about the rain. It’s actually good if it does, especially this Summer season. It has been really hot, sometimes it’s already irritating, lol.”

The Secret to Look Younger Than Your Age

Without really checking my profile and just trying to look at my picture, can you really guess my real age? I have met with a lot of people and I always get the same reaction every single time. I would just laugh it off and tell them, “I guess, I’m just a happy person.” Yes, happiness brings out an inner glow of beauty but there is another crucial factor most people really don’t realized.

It’s not the make-up or beauty product that really makes a person beautiful. It’s inner-self and what she eats. Honestly, it’s not my skin care routine and the products I use like GRYSH CO, a blogger and a cosplayer-fashion model, really thinks. I only use beauty products for skin maintenance but it was never the secret to my skin and to how I look today.

I have actually ruined my skin tons of times because of trying different products just to know what works and what doesn’t. My skin would break out every single time and yes, these things always happens to me, too.

Everyone are free to ask AYEI BITHAO, a close friend of mine who is also a blogger and a multimedia artist, if you don’t believe me, haha! She would definitely know the most craziest things I do to my skin that a normal girl just wouldn’t dare to do! Yet, time and time again, I would manage to bring back my skin to how it used to be as if I didn’t get any of those skin impurities, problems and allergic reactions at all!

The Secret? Antioxidants.
I know, it sounds overrated.

Almost everyone tells us how antioxidants is good to our health. You do the list, Google it anytime you want – you’d be fed up how many times you would hear/read this from a dermatologist, in television, different blogs and websites. It has a reason why this is being always being talked about. It’s good for you and for me, too. It’s not just the health benefits of how antioxidants can nurture and protect our cells from free radicals, different kind of diseases and how it actually promotes good health for us. It’s the fact that Antioxidants can slow the physical signs of aging.

This goes for my Asian readers:
We’re actually even lucky that we’re Asians.

Did you know that Westerners and Caucasians ages faster than us? It’s mostly the most talked about issue on the internet spreading out on different websites and forums. There were a lot of scientific researches about it as well and it has been said that Asians have resistance to aging because of our thicker dermis that contains greater collagen and the darker pigment that protects us against photo-aging. Also the fact that we have more melanin that protects our skin and hair by filtering and protecting us from the harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation from sun exposure.

I’m actually thankful that I’m Asian, aren’t you glad about that, too?

Now, let’s get to the point.
How do you get antioxidants? Where to you find this?

* You can consume a lot of antioxidants by eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, if possible choose organic. It’s good for the environment, healthier for you and it has no pesticides.

* You also find antioxidants in glutathione, beta-carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Selenium, lycopene, alpha-lipoic acid, melatonin and vitamin E.

* Antioxidant Supplements! (I can’t say I always eat the healthy foods all the time but I never fail to take in antioxidant supplements daily and this is what keeps me healthy inside and out.)

* Drink a lot of Green Tea!

It’s never too late or early in taking in antioxidants for your body. It’s not just about physical aging. Remember, this is good for your body system, too.

So, can you guess my real age now?
