I think one of the things most people have undergone once or twice (maybe some of you are still experiencing this..) in their life time is the bad habit of not setting boundaries to people. Whether, they are people you just met, friends, co-workers or maybe with your lover – you just tend to fail to make healthy boundaries and you can’t say NO to any of their requests. I honestly think that being obedient and submissive is not always a good thing. Giving in to peer pressure will not do you any good at all. A lot can lead to things you might regret as you get older – some of them can even lead to depression or drug addiction – for worst.

It’s finally 2014. It’s a start of a new year and for me, that signals new opportunities, experiences and a better version of you. There are no excuses and that goes to changing your food intake and getting into a healthier lifestyle. This year is the perfect moment to start and believe me it just takes initiative and to actually be able to evaluate to what you currently want right now and what you want to achieve in a long term basis.
I myself am into the phase where I am realizing this fact. I always wanted to lose more weight, I always wanted to have good and better skin – to have that youthful glow. A lot of people thinks that celebrities and people who are are beautiful and sexy are born to be loved and adored. They are just born to look like a goddess and many have wished to be like them – but cannot. Some have stick to the idea of “we are all beautiful” – and it’s okay. There is no harm in that – totally nothing wrong with it but if you truly wish to be beautiful while having also to lose weight in the process, do know that you cannot achieve this my wishing for it alone. There are so many factors that most people tend to disregard and overlook. In terms of beauty and wellness, some of those things are the following: feet, hands, eating habits and our hair.
